About Tedford Garage Doors Nanaimo
Family-owned on Vancouver Island since 1984. Rated 5.0 from 100+ Google reviews, a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating, and technicians who treat your garage like their own.
Our story
Tedford Garage Doors started in Victoria in 1984 as a family business with one goal: fix garage doors properly, price the work honestly and show up when we say we will. Four decades later the same family still runs the company, and the same rules still apply on every job.
Our Nanaimo location on Northfield Road brings that experience to the mid-Island. From here our trucks cover Lantzville and Nanoose Bay up to Parksville, Qualicum Beach and the Comox Valley, and south through Cedar, Ladysmith and Chemainus to Duncan and the Cowichan Valley.
We are a Clopay Master Authorized Dealer and a LiftMaster Authorized Dealer, and we also install Amarr, Garaga, Steelcraft and Northwest Door products — so the recommendation you get is based on what suits your home, not on the only brand we carry.
